Eggshell Press (“we,” “us”) operates a digital greeting-card marketplace where customers personalize and send animated e-cards. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account.
• Recipient contact details— when a customer sends a card, they provide the recipient's name, email address, and (optionally) mobile phone number so we can deliver the card to that person.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Card content — the text, photos, and voice or video messages a customer adds to a card.
• Usage data — basic, standard analytics such as pages viewed and device type.

• To create and deliver personalized cards to the recipients a customer designates.
• To send transactional notifications (email and, if a number is provided, SMS) that a card is ready to view.
• To process payments and pay participating creators.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile numbers provided to us are used solely to deliver the card notification requested by the sending customer.

• Message frequency. SMS messages are transactional and one-time: you receive a message when a specific card is sent to you. We do not send recurring or promotional texts.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for messages and data may apply depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at eggshellpress@gmail.com.

We share information only with vendors that help us run the service, and only as needed to perform their function. They are contractually bound to protect it and may not use it for their own marketing:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Twilio — SMS delivery.
• Resend — email delivery.
• Cloudflare R2 — secure storage of card media.
• Clerk — account authentication.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at eggshellpress@gmail.com. Recipients can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
