Terms of Service

By using Eggshell Press (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eggshell Press is a marketplace for personalizing and sending animated digital greeting cards. Customers customize a card and send it to recipients they designate; recipients receive a link to view the card.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content and any recipient contact details you submit.

Card prices are shown before checkout and are charged per card sent. Payments are processed by Stripe. Creator pricing and payouts are described in our Creator Pricing & Payouts page.

• Program.When a customer sends a card and provides a recipient's mobile number, Eggshell Press sends that recipient a one-time text notifying them a card is ready to view, with a link to open it. By providing a recipient's number, the sending customer confirms they have that person's permission to be messaged.
• Message frequency. Transactional and one-time per card sent — not recurring.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out & help. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages and HELP for assistance. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

You may not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content, to message people without permission, or to send spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain rights to content you upload and grant us the limited license needed to render, store, and deliver your cards. The Service itself, including its software and design, is owned by Eggshell Press.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Eggshell Press is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
