Terms of Service

All Occasions is a digital greeting-card service operated by Eggshell Press LLC(“Eggshell Press LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at alloccasions.cards(the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, make a purchase, or sell cards. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

All Occasions lets customers personalize and send animated digital greeting cards, and lets approved creators publish card designs for sale. Customers customize a card and send it to recipients they designate; recipients receive a private link to view the card. Some cards include optional add-ons such as interactive games or 3D scenes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. Authentication is provided through our sign-in provider. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Card prices are shown before checkout and are charged per card sent, either individually or through multi-send packs. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms. Prices and available packs may change, but changes do not affect purchases already completed. Sales tax may be added where required.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Creators may subscribe to a paid plan to publish cards for sale. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. Creator earnings, revenue share, and tax reporting (including any 1099 obligations) are described on our Creator Pricing & Payoutspage. Creator payouts are handled through Stripe Connect, and you must complete Stripe's onboarding and comply with Stripe's Connected Account Agreement to receive funds.

You retain ownership of the text, photos, audio, and video you add to a card (“Your Content”). You grant Eggshell Press LLCa limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, adapt (for example, to render and compress your card), store, and deliver Your Content solely to operate the Service and deliver your cards. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

When you send a card, you provide the recipient's name and email address and/or mobile number so we can deliver it. By providing a recipient's contact details, you confirm you have that person's permission to be contacted for this purpose. You may not use the Service to message people who have not agreed to hear from you, or to send unsolicited or bulk messages.

• Program.When a customer sends a card and provides a recipient's mobile number, All Occasionssends that recipient a one-time text notifying them a card is ready to view, with a link to open it. By providing a recipient's number, the sending customer confirms they have that person's permission to be messaged.
• Message frequency. Transactional and one-time per card sent — not recurring.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out & help. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages and HELP for assistance. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

You may not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually exploitative, or infringing content; to impersonate others; to message people without permission; to send spam; or to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and the All Occasions and Eggshell Press names and logos — is owned by Eggshell Press LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Card designs offered by creators remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our marks without our prior written permission.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact us at eggshellpress@gmail.com with a description of the work, the location of the material, and your contact information, and we will review and respond. We may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that cards will always be delivered without delay.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eggshell Press LLC and its owners and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Eggshell Press LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including recipients you contact).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses already exercised, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in[your state], and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
